Ingredients

200 g (7 oz) Zea Mays artisan corn chips

200 g (7 oz) Oaxaca cheese (or mozzarella)

100 g (3.5 oz) manchego cheese, shredded

100 g (3.5 oz) Mexican chorizo, cooked and crumbled

2 tbsp cream

1 tbsp jalapeños, sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Prepare cheese mix:
In a baking dish, combine cheeses, cream, and cooked chorizo. Mix gently.
3. Bake:
Bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
4. Finish:
Top with sliced jalapeños.
5. Serve:
Serve hot with Zea Mays corn chips for dipping.
