Shrimp Ceviche with Zea Mays Corn Chips

Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) Zea Mays artisan corn chips

  • 300 g (10 oz) shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • Juice of 5 limes

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 chile serrano, finely chopped (optional)

  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Prepare shrimp:
Chop shrimp into bite-sized pieces. Place in a glass bowl and cover with lime juice. Let marinate 20 minutes until opaque.

2. Mix ceviche:
Add tomato, onion, chile, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

3. Serve:
Spoon ceviche over Zea Mays corn chips or serve chips on the side for dipping.


💡 Zea Mays Tip: Add diced mango to the ceviche for a tropical twist that pairs beautifully with our corn chips.
