Guacamole & Fresh Pico de Gallo Nachos – Zea Mays Edition

Ingredients

  • 200 g (7 oz) Zea Mays artisan corn chips

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • ¼ onion, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Salt to taste

For Pico de Gallo:

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • ¼ onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped

  • ½ lime, juiced

  • Salt to taste


Instructions

1. Make the guacamole:
Mash avocados in a bowl, mix with tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.

2. Make the pico de gallo:
Combine tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a separate bowl.

3. Assemble:
Arrange Zea Mays corn chips on a platter. Top with guacamole and pico de gallo.

4. Serve:
Serve immediately for maximum freshness and crunch.


💡 Zea Mays Tip: For extra flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika to the guacamole for a subtle smoky kick.
